Moogle from the Final Fantasy series(more specifically the cover art for Final Fantasy 6). Did this piece while studying shading and texturing.

Started with two spheres and texturing.

Added the arms and legs in pose and face details.

Wings and shading.

Almost finished, still need some lightning.
